Plan a day-trip (or multiple days!) and head to Fredricksburg, VA for the Original Sewing & Quilt EXPO. With workshops, classes, demos, and quilt displays, you are sure to learn something new! Don't forget the vendors!
Cottonwood, our Bernina dealer store from Charlottesville, VA, will be there and is offering show specials on machines purchased there as well as special financing.

If you can't make it to the show in Fredricksburg, we are able to offer the same discounts and financing on in-store Berninas at Sewlovelee.

Are you entering a quilt in the show?
If so, up to 2 quilts per customer may be submitted for entry into the show beginning Saturday, October 1st from 10-2 and the following week Tuesday, October 4th thru Friday October 7th from 10-5. Last day for entries is Saturday, October 8th from 10-2.
There is no fee for entry, and the quilt with the most votes at the end of the show will receive a $100 Sewlovelee gift certificate!

Autumn is ripe for harvest.
The bucolic Scenes Blue from Heather and Sage by Makower capture the landscape and texture of the fields with a fresh, modern color scheme.

Sewlovelee's 8th Anniversary Celebration is only two weeks away!
Quilts will be on display October 11-15th outside in the
quilt garden and all are welcome to view the quilts
created by Sewlovelee customers. Viewers will vote on
their favorite quilt, and the winner will receive $100
gift certificate to Sewlovelee. What better prize for a
quilter than more fabric!
If you are a quilter, let's give the community a GREAT
quilt show, so bring your quilts!
Sewlovelee is accepting quilts for entry in the show
beginning October 1st.

Don't forget to sign for David Sirota's ZOOM class on October 25th!
He will be teaching his No more Tears foundation paper piecing technique for the Just Beachy crab block.

Gratitude and Giving

We are still collecting donation quilts for our BIG GIVE in November!
Donated quilts will go to a local charity.
Last year over 50 quilts were given through Sewlovelee to the Haven Shelter in Warsaw, VA.
