Beyond 2020!

This year we are moving Beyond -- beyond ourselves, beyond imagination, beyond traditional quilting, learning new things, and more!
2021 has begun and we’re all about beyond this year,
starting in January with Beyond Scraps! 

This month is all about organizing and trying new things. From helping you organize your scraps to selecting a pattern or improv method, we’re here to make the most of all those glorious bits and pieces of fabulous fabric lurking in your sewing room. Soon, we’ll be sharing ways you can organize your scraps and your sewing room.

Beyond Ourselves, the big give

Our January 1-2 kickoff of the Beyond Ourselves Quilts for Kids project was a huge success! Inspired by a FREE scrap bag and long arm quilting by Sewlovelee, 10 quilters who have already committed to creating and delivering a finished quilt by November 6th to be donated to children on the Northern Neck. 

Are you interested in giving and participating?

The month of November, when we celebrate Beyond Ourselves, is about quilters and sewists across the Northern Neck dropping off handmade quilts for our local youth. We started the year with one donated quilt already in hand!! We’re here to accept more. As an incentive, the person who donates the most completed quilts will receive a $50 Sewlovelee gift certificate and choose the nonprofit(s) to which the quilts will be given.
