Snow Day = Sew DayIt's cold outside, but the weather this time of year is great for staying inside and working on our sewing projects!OrganizationThis is a scary word for some people, myself included, but a little organization can go a long way.I would urge you during your time inside sewing to spend a little time organizing your stash of fabric so that you can put it to good use. Turn your leftover pieces into 1.5", 2.5", 3.5", and 4.5" strips. These sizes are perfect for a variety of different projects and are also ready to use whenever you have a little extra time to play with your Ruler of the Month! There has a been a great response for the January Ruler of the Month: 90 Degree Double Strip Ruler. The rulers are back in stock after a reorder. Pick yours up anytime during regular shop hours. Don't forget about your free pattern for the Stash Buster Table Runner. As January comes to close this week, don't forget about these exciting events at Sewlovelee:
Friday, January 30th--Fifth Free Friday--your fifth fat quarter or fifth consecutive yard is FREE! Think variety or think backing fabric. Either way, come in and take advantage of this offer which only happens when there is a fifth Friday in the month!
